These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Negative Keyword List Builder web application (“the App”), operated by Ian Redford (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Negative Keyword List Builder is a browser-based software tool that helps Google Ads users identify and manage positive and negative keywords within their Search Term Reports.
The App is available through a paid subscription and accessible at https://negativekeywordlistbuilder.com
To use the App, you must:
Provide accurate and current information when registering.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.
All subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.
You may choose between:
Monthly Subscription: $8 AUD per month
Annual Subscription: $80 AUD per year
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period — no further charges will occur after cancellation.
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations.
You may continue to use the App until the subscription term ends.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make every effort to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Feature Requests
We welcome improvement ideas and feedback — please reach out if you’d like to suggest enhancements or new features.
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App.
Share login details with unauthorised users.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the website.
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its interface, algorithms, and documentation, are owned by Ian Redford.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy
, which explains how we collect and use your information.
We do not store your Google Ads data beyond the session used for processing and do not access your Google account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any loss of profits, revenue, or data;
Downtime, technical errors, or data loss;
Any Google Ads costs or click charges (these are billed directly by Google);
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months of subscription fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may modify or improve the App at any time, including adding or removing features.
Where possible, we’ll provide advance notice of major updates or service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
